TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PLATFORM USAGE

1. Introduction
Welcome to Gloss Ride Pte. Ltd. (“Gloss Ride,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our platform and services as a driver-partner (“you,” “your”). By registering and using our platform, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The digital services provided by Gloss Ride, including mobile applications, credit card terminals, POS System, printers and web-based portals.

• Driver-Partner: An individual or entity registered with Gloss Ride to provide transportation or related services.

• HitPay: The appointed third-party payment processor managing transactions between Gloss Ride and driver-partners.

• Payout: The transfer of earnings from Gloss Ride to the driver-partner’s designated bank account.

3. Platform Usage
3.1. You agree to use our platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
3.2. You shall not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities while using the platform.
3.3. Gloss Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for any breach of these T&C.

4. Payments & Payouts
4.1. All transactions will be processed through our appointed payment processor, HitPay.
4.2. Payouts will be credited to your registered bank account, subject to HitPay’s processing timelines and policies and Gloss Ride’s payout schedules.
4.3. Gloss Ride is not liable for any delays, failures, or errors caused by HitPay.
4.4. Any disputes regarding payouts must be reported to Gloss Ride within seven (7) days of the transaction.

5. Fees & Deductions
5.1. Gloss Ride may deduct applicable service fees, taxes, or other charges before processing payouts.
5.2. Any additional fees charged by HitPay for transaction processing will be borne by the driver-partner.

6. Liability & Indemnity
6.1. Gloss Ride is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, third-party service issues, or misuse of the platform.
6.2. You agree to indemnify and hold Gloss Ride harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to your use of the platform.

7. Modification & Termination
7.1. Gloss Ride reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time, with prior notice to driver-partners.
7.2. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
7.3. Either party may terminate this agreement with prior written notice. Outstanding payouts will be processed in accordance with section 4.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1. These T&C shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
8.2. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the Singapore courts.
